535 Core Beliefs
A government of the people, by the people, and for the people; restored through education, civility, and active citizen leadership.
We envision a nation where informed Americans engage respectfully, vote intelligently, and step forward to serve their communities with integrity and courage.
The Project 535 Initiative exists to reconnect the American people to the institutions that were built to serve them. We empower citizens through education, communication, and action; teaching people how government truly works, how to engage it effectively, and how to lead within it.
Our Five Core Beliefs
Inform and Educate
Deliver accessible, factual information on how the government operates, citizens' rights, and how to influence change effectively while beating the billionaires at their own game.
Civic Engagement and Communication
Teach citizens how to express concerns with civility, reason, and purpose; transforming frustration into informed advocacy.
Empower and Equip Leaders
Identify, mentor, and support everyday Americans who want to run for office or serve their communities without needing wealth or status—through education, grassroots organizing, and community support.
Unite and Leverage
Build a nonpartisan network that transcends political divides, large enough to take action in unison with our time, wallets, and labor. Leveraging our numbers against the system.
Restore Representation
Work to ensure that every level of government—local, state, and federal—reflects the will, wisdom, and wellbeing of the people it serves.
By promoting civic literacy, respectful dialogue, and community-based leadership, we aim to restore trust in governance and return representation to its rightful owners:
the citizens.
